My Story

A bad car accident left me with a spinal cord injury. I want to give back to help others experiencing the trauma I went through. I have recovered enough to be able to ride a tricycle and have set a huge goal (for me) to ride from Millers Flat to Lawrence along the Clutha Gold Trail. I’m raising money to help New Zealanders find a bright new future despite living with the effects of a spinal cord injury.

I will have to train hard for this, which is good because one of my personal goals is to get my weight below 100 Kg before the end of the year also.

I will set off on the ride on December 9th.

Please support my training and big ride by making a donation. Thank you!

Cheryl.

Cheryl’s first goal was $1500, when she reached that she upped it to $2000, now she’s gunning for $3500! Thank you everyone for getting behind Cheryl and for supporting Kiwi’s who have had a life changing spinal cord injury. Cheryl, you do us proud!
